That 3 million produced at least six leaders of world class – Washington, Adams, Jefferson, Franklin, Madison, and Hamilton. Today’s American population of 240 million might be expected to produce eighty times as many world class leaders. But, asks Gardner, ‘Where are they?"

Join a leadership training group and help a Doctoral student with a Field Research Project, either live in Tacoma, WA or over a live webinar.
This is a Christian-based leadership training (I am getting my degree from a Seminary), but you do not have to be Christian to participate. I have developed this training to help both ministry and business.

The six week leadership training starts on September 18 at 6pm with a Q&A session
This session is where you will get full details, receive your books, and pay for the class (or make your first payment). If you are attending over Webinar, I can accept credit cards for payment but try to sign up by 9/5 so there is time to get you the books.

Here are the dates for the six week study:

Monday, October 3, 6-9pm - What is a leader?
Monday, October 10, 6-9pm - Developing your business or ministry
Monday, October 17, 6-9pm - Developing teams
Monday, October 24, 6-9pm - Working with change
Tuesday, November 1, 6-9pm - Conflict management
Monday, November 7, 6-9pm - Develop the leaders around you

This training includes 6 weeks of professional life coaching for each participant as well as a dedicated Facebook page for students to communicate with each other.

The price for this study is $100 (mostly to cover the cost of the books), but you can ask for a scholarship. The minimum is $25 out of pocket and if you are not financially able to get the rest you can get a scholarship for the remaining $75.
*This is the equivalent of $1500 in training and coaching for only $100.
